I like all the organizer pockets and areas for all my scissors, threads, and other mending/sewing things. It’s nice and compact, about the size of a book, so it’s easy to carry with us on our travels.

I like that this has so many pockets, as well as ways to store both tiny and larger items. I’ve managed to fill mine completely. But in a way it’s almost too organized. I usually end up unzipping several (sometimes it seems like all) of the compartments to find what I need. A few times I’ve forgotten about a few of the more hidden compartments and think I don’t have the item I’m looking for lol. There might be something to be said for just throwing a bunch of loose items in a shoe box, where you can just open the lid and see what you have, a la your typical junk drawer! So the jury is still out on whether I’ll continue to use this. I’d actually rate it a 3 as far as whether I really like the concept of this organizer, but to be fair I gave it a 5 rating here since the quality is really good, it fits a LOT of stuff, and offers a home for pretty much every hand sewing supply you could ever need.

Bought this to keep my supplies neat and accessible. The back zipperred area is large enough to hold my rotating cutting mat, portable light, thread, needles etc. I also put my working project in this area. The front section is great because I can open it on a table and all my sewing items are readily accessible. I have a pin cushion, thread, needle threader, extra clips, magnets, thimble. Etc at my finger tips. Great bag and not too pricey. Would recommend.
